Here at Victorianology, we strive to exceed your expectations. However, if you are ever unhappy with the items you get from us, you may return them within two weeks. Items must be in the same condition you purchased them to the address shown on your invoice. The items need to be in their original packaging, in unworn condition. Please include a note, with the invoice, explaining what you would like instead, (Exchange or Refund). Buyer pays the cost of shipping of returns.

There is never a handling charge or minimum required purchase when you shop with us. Your package will be shipped within three or four days…often the same day you placed your order. Custom orders are shipped upon completion, usually within 2-3 weeks.
